Refund Policy

At EXCELLENCE BUILDING PRODUCTS LIMITED, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not be 100% satisfactory. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.

Returns
You may return any item purchased  within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items must be in the same condition as they were sent, unworn, and include all original packaging and documentation.

Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned item in acceptable condition, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Custom-made or personalized items are also not eligible for returns or refunds.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via our website, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included on the outside of your return package.
